AYA, a next generation immersive and experiential entertainment park, has won the “Best New Leisure and Entertainment Concept”and ‘Most Unique Marketing Campaign” at the 5th edition of Middle East and North Africa Leisure & Attractions Council (MENALAC) Awards 2023 – the only awards to recognise excellence and achievements in the Middle East and North Africa. The award ceremony featured top companies from across the MENA Leisure and Attractions Industry.
AYA was launched by the parent company HyperSpace, a Future Forward Entertainment company that builds and operates physical parks for a digital world, on 17th December 2022. Set over 40,000 sq ft, the immersive entertainment attraction invites intrepid travellers to step foot into a huge expanse of vibrant, interactive experiences across 12 different zones, each with its own unique theme and interactive elements.
The ‘Most Unique Marketing Campaign’ was awarded for the successful launch of AYA which featured CGI of a stunning meteor shower over Dubai heralding the arrival of the new attraction, as well as extensive content creation from some of the region’s top influencers. The ‘Best New Entertainment Concept’ award celebrated the idea behind AYA, which sees travellers take a trip to a beautiful universe and play, drift, and dream through observatories full of stars, roam through gardens of blooming light, and traverse rivers that bridge the infinite. Starting at The Source, Drift, Outland, The River, The Pool and The Falls before arriving at Luna – a six-minute light show that takes you beyond the stars in an infinite mirrored transporter filled with spheres visualizing the energy of AYA. Celestia, Flora, Tides and Harmonia complete the spectacular experience.
