Etisalat has partnered with Zoom’s distributor in the region, InCube, to become a reseller of Zoom in the UAE, offeringZoom’s unified communication service to businesses in the UAE.

The partnership will provide Etisalat’sbusinesscustomers with Zoom’s seamless, user-friendly, and reliable video communications platform, that enhances productivity through video and audio conferencing, chat, and webinars. 

Etisalat’sbusiness customers will be offered a unique collaboration proposition, including a variety of bundled devices, professional services, option to pay for Zoom licenses in Etisalat bill, as well as direct local support. This end-to-end offer is an effort to provide a reliable, easy, and hassle-free service.

Sam Tayan, Head of MENA Sales for Zoom, said, “Video conferencing and collaboration has been a reality and a growing market for years and has seen a rapid increase due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and also this year especially across SMEs. With that in mind, our collaboration with Etisalat, through significant support from InCube, further amplifies our efforts of listening and understanding the communication needs of the customers and communities as we adapt to the new reality.”

Zoom partnered with Etisalat at GITEX Technology Week at the Dubai World Trade Centre, focusing on the hybrid workplace, the future of work and their support for a rapid digital transformation regionally. 

Zoom had a branded booth locatedinCC2–29; and Etisalat shared a booth with Zoom at the Poly Stand H7-E20 at GITEX.
